Warranty and Refund Policy
ASAP Tire stands behind the safety and quality of our work. If we don’t get it right the first time, we will schedule a follow-up visit at your convenience to correct the issue. If you have any concerns with our work, please contact ASAP’s Customer Service team at email@example.com.
ASAP reserves the right to refuse service if we are not able to safely perform the installation. This can happen, for example, if your vehicle is missing lug nuts, has badly rusted mounting hardware, or if your site is not suitable for a safe installation. There is no charge to you if we refuse service. Per your choice, we will leave your tires with you or facilitate a product return.
You may cancel your installation appointment at any time without penalty by emailing or calling us, however, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice.
Occasionally, ASAP Tire may have to reschedule your appointment. We will contact you to make arrangements for a new installation time.
